A huge consideration for the route mapped out for the trip was that I wanted to visit the few remaining states that I had never been to. Entering Michigan was not only new for Wolfie but new for me too. This was one of the last campsites that I booked and I was just looking for a place to stop for the night between Ohio and Upper Peninsula Michigan. I randomly selected a very cheesy (and VERY crowded) Jellystone campground and later learned that Frankenmuth is the most adorable German inspired towns with the largest Christmas store. I was in awe of Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland. You couldn’t see from one end of the store to the other, it was so much fun to walk around and enjoy Christmas music and holiday spirit. I then headed into town and had a German meal at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant.
